Granny's Soup Kit
I would like to give you this comfort food that will nourish your body along with your soul. This soup kit gives you the gift of time spent - on yourself and on others. With my simple ingredients, in 10 minutes you can create a meal that requires very little effort but results in something rich and delicious.

My goal/desire is to give you simple ingredients that in short time you can use to create a delicious meal that nourishes both your body and soul. It’s a meal you can enjoy alone or share with others.

You’re making it for yourself or others
In short time minutes you have a great meal
Nourishes your body and soul
Ingredients: fresh celery, green beans, carrots, potatoes, yellow onion, garlic, red lentils, and seasonings (dried garlic, dried onion, celery salt, pepper, Himalayan salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, coriander, thyme, bay leaf, paprika, dried pepper, dried carrots)
Instructions:
You need: a large stock pot, a cutting board, knife, 5 cups of water
Chop the fresh vegetables
Add the vegetables to the pot and saute until golden; add olive oil as desired
Add the water and bring to a boil
Add the red lentils and seasonings
Add protein as desired (for example: tofu, boneless chicken breasts or thighs) and continue to boil for 5-10 minutes
Turn down the temperature and simmer partially covered for a minimum of 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add any additional desired ingredients such as frozen vegetables

You need: Instant Pot, a cutting board, knife, 5 cups of water
Chop the fresh vegetables
Choose the pressure cooker setting
Add the vegetables to the pot with olive oil as desired
Add the water, red lentils, seasonings and protein as desired (for example: tofu, boneless chicken breasts or thighs) or any additional desired ingredients such as frozen vegetables
Stir until everything is mixed completely
Cook on the pressure cooker setting for a minimum of 30 minutes
